Singing for Health
Currently only one-to-one lessons available.
Our Singing for Health lessons and classes are thoughtfully crafted to support individuals facing mental and physical challenges.
Singing offers a wealth of health benefits: its breathing techniques can ease conditions like asthma and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) by incorporating gentle exercises and songs with paced breathing to enhance lung capacity. Beyond the physical, singing uplifts mental well-being. For someone with dementia, it can unlock memories and rekindle emotions, all within a nurturing, peer-supported environment that fosters connection and joy. Every song activates the temporal lobe, releasing endorphins and oxytocin to spark happiness. The more you sing, the brighter you feel. Why not start today?
Currently, we offer personalized one-on-one lessons, with plans to introduce group sessions soon to further cultivate a supportive community. Contact us to learn more!
